Join us for an exciting Easter experience at Stiklestad National Cultural Center. The event takes place on Monday, March 30th and Tuesday, March 31st, welcoming guests of all ages to participate in various activities and enjoy a live performance. Start your day with a delicious Easter breakfast at Restaurant Skalden before diving into the day's program.
At 11:00 AM, you can watch the play "The Boy Who Became Norway's Saint Olav" in the theater hall—a performance suitable for everyone from age 5 to 100. Following the show, activities await at the Stiklastadir medieval farm. Children can play with wooden swords and shields, try archery, and join in other fun Viking games. You might even find some hidden Easter eggs with surprises!
The event runs from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Admission is 120 NOK for adults, and children under 12 enter for free. Feel free to bring sausages or sandwiches for grilling in the longhouse and enjoy a cozy day in a historic setting. Welcome to a memorable Easter celebration!

Stiklestad Nasjonale Kultursenter ligger på selve slagstedet Stiklestad. Her møtes fortid og nåtid gjennom historien om Olav Haraldsson – Olav den hellige – og arven etter ham.
Besøk middelaldergården Stiklastadir, vandre blant kulturhistoriske bygninger i folkemuseet, og opplev utstillinger og arrangementer i kulturhuset. Området rommer også viktige kulturminner som Stiklestad kirke og Olavshaugen.
Hver sommer samles tusenvis til festivalen Olsokdagene og det storslåtte Spelet om Heilag Olav.
Med 30 historiske bygninger og over 30 000 gjenstander arbeider museet for å gjøre historien levende – gjennom håndverk, opplevelser og samtaler om fortiden, nåtiden og framtiden.
